Can I bring a friend?

Of course! We'd love to meet them. Your first class, and your friend's is totally free. So its a great way to try it out together. Just let us know when you're coming so we can get you both set up!

is there any contact

Only if you choose to take part. We have designated sparring and contact classes, all done in a safe, controlled environment. There's zero pressure to participate. That said, even in non-contact classes, Muay Thai is a physical sport. Holding pads and working with partners involves movement and impact, but we introduce everything gradually and with proper technique. Saftey is a priority. We use protective gear and follow progressive steps to make sure everyone trains smart and risk free!

Do I need experience to join?

Not at all! Beginners are always welcome at Satori. Whether it’s your first time or you’re easing back in, our classes are beginner-friendly and our coaches will guide you every step, building your confidence, technique, and fitness at your pace.
